Why we rebuilt it

Customer expectations moved. Two years ago, “AI assistant” meant a glorified FAQ search. Today, your customers are comparing your bot to ChatGPT. If it can’t hold a real conversation, recommend a product, or remember what they said two messages ago, they’ll notice — and they’ll disengage.

What’s new

  • Lower latency. Average first-token response is under 800ms, even with full conversation history in context. No more awkward “thinking…” pauses.
  • Better tool use. TuBot now reliably calls your booking, CRM, and inventory tools when it needs to — not just when prompted.
  • Multilingual by default. The same bot speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese natively, switching mid-conversation when the customer does.
  • Tighter brand voice. You can give TuBot a tone of voice brief and it sticks to it — no more generic “As an AI…” disclaimers.

What didn’t change

We kept the things that already worked: the unified inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger; the human escalation flow; the dashboard; and the fact that we never train on your customer data.
